Scottish Egg!

Welcome back followers!!

As the last day of food week is upon us were going to amp up the difficulty!!

This post will be all about the Scottish Egg...or soft boiled egg stuffed sausage, as I like to call it.

Step one

      Watch Youtube directional video BEFORE attempting to make this wonderful dinner.

Hint: Instead of using green onions I used green peppers....mostly because I heard the ingredient directions wrong, but it was still delicious.

Step Two

      Prepare side dishes of minute rice and corn.

Step Three

     Crack open that delicious sausage and watch that runny egg go!


I found this to be a fairly difficult meal to make because it was so labor intensive and time consuming.
